1. Introduction
Current Website and Service Availability
You can currently browse event, fighter and editorial pages. Saved events, followed fighters, city preferences, ticket selections and viewing settings may be kept in this browser using local storage or session storage. Staff-workspace changes also remain in this browser. Persistent browser records remain until you remove them or clear site data; session records normally end when the browser session closes.
Account, payment, notification, customer-support submission and live-streaming services are not connected. Current account and support forms validate input in the browser but do not submit it to those services. Passwords are not saved in browser storage. Viewing controls do not establish a live broadcast connection or a paid entitlement.
The sections below describe processing associated with each service when it is available and used. They do not mean that every listed category of data is currently collected. No advertising or third-party analytics integration is currently configured in the application. Hosting or network providers may process technical request information when serving the website.
You can manage followed fighters and city preferences on the preferences page. You can remove other saved browser records through your browser’s site-data settings. This policy will be updated as services and providers are confirmed.

16.2 Right of Access
You may request confirmation that we process your personal data and request access to that data.
16.3 Right to Correction

You may request deletion of personal data where:
- it is no longer necessary;
- you withdraw consent and no other lawful basis applies;
- processing is unlawful;
- deletion is legally required;
- another applicable legal condition exists.
The right to deletion is not absolute. We may retain information where necessary for legal obligations, transactions, fraud prevention, legal claims, freedom of expression, legitimate archives, or other lawful reasons.

You may request restriction of processing in circumstances permitted by law.
16.6 Right to Object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or certain public-interest grounds.
You may object at any time to direct marketing.

You may have rights regarding decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
HomeCrowd does not ordinarily make such decisions without human involvement. If this changes, we will provide appropriate information and safeguards.

You may complain to HomeCrowd or to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

If someone submits a request on your behalf, we may request evidence of their authority.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is complex or numerous, we may extend the response period where legally permitted and inform you of the reason.
We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, affects another person’s rights, conflicts with legal obligations, or cannot be fulfilled without compromising security. Where appropriate, we will explain our decision.

Where consent is required, we will request it.

- refund notices.
We may retain a suppression record to ensure your preference is respected.
19. Children’s Privacy

- additional restrictions.
We will not knowingly use children’s personal data for behavioral advertising.
If you believe a child has provided personal data without required authorization, refer to the contact-status information in section 28. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include deleting or restricting the account.
Any future real-money betting service will be strictly age-restricted and governed by a separate privacy notice, verification process, and applicable gaming law.

26. Social Features and Public Content
If HomeCrowd later permits comments, chat, public predictions, profile content, or other user-generated content, information you choose to post publicly may be visible to other users and may be copied or shared outside HomeCrowd.
